Can you reveal something about yourself that most people don't know?
When I was young I remember always looking for new ways to pass the time. Every day after school I would play outside, usually collecting bugs or making murals etched in chalk across the length of my driveway. One day I was riding my bike and I thought to myself, “how could I make this more fun, more interesting?” I came to the conclusion that the best idea was to put on my rollerblades, and instead of pedalling I would keep my feet on the ground and use the added wheels to propel myself forward for extra speed.
That aspect of my plan went extremely well, as I found in that moment that riding my bike had never been more fast, fun, or exciting. Unfortunately the thrill was short lived, as I did end up crashing head on into a lamppost which stood at the bottom of the hill that I rode down. The accident left me with a broken arm and a handful of bruises. My fracture was bound by a plaster cast, so I spent the months which followed learning how to write and draw with my right hand.
I have kept this story close to me in fear that anyone I tell it to might question my judgment, but alas, now you know, and all I can say is that I regret nothing!
